Cancelling a booking
You can cancel your booking before your dua is carried out. Email or WhatsApp us at [support@rehmatrabbdi.com / +91 9779156600] with your order number.
When you get a refund
- Cancelled before the dua is performed: full refund of the amount you paid.
- We are unable to carry out your dua: we will refund you in full, or reschedule if you prefer.
- Duplicate payment or payment taken but no booking created: full refund of the extra or failed amount.
When we cannot refund
Once your dua has been carried out, the booking is complete and cannot be refunded.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank) within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Failed payments
If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5-7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference.
